Terms of Use

Last updated: June 7, 2026

By using PartyBeacon you agree to these basic terms. We've tried to keep them short.

Be decent

PartyBeacon has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don't use the app to harass, threaten, defraud, or harm other people. Don't post content that's illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable. We can remove content, eject users from beacons, suspend accounts, or delete accounts that break this.

Moderation and safety

Users can flag objectionable comments, profiles, and beacon content, and can block abusive users. Blocking removes that user's content from your feed immediately and notifies PartyBeacon moderation. We review objectionable-content reports within 24 hours and may remove offending content and eject or suspend the user who posted it.

Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password reasonable and don't share it.

Your content

You keep ownership of beacons, comments, and other content you post. By posting, you give us a license to host and display it inside the app to the people you intend it for.

Service availability

We try to keep the app running but don't guarantee uptime. We may add or remove features over time.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We aren't liable for plans that fall apart, friends who flake, or any indirect damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
